Lillian Aziel was diagnosed with cancer at only 16 months old. We noticed her head was getting bigger and bigger. She would not walk and would get sick every day. I took her repeatedly to several doctors and they pushed it off like it was nothing and told me it was just a little bug she had.

When I finally took her to Loma Linda, it took only hours to get answers. They told me that she had a brain tumor and it was surrounded by fluid and days later she was having surgery. They had found a tumor at the brain stem that was 90% surrounded by fluid.

Her cancer diagnosis changed all of our lives forever. Today, Aziel is 17 years old and a cancer survivor. Aziel is healthy and thriving.
