Marcel was a very happy boy. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed cars. 

He was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) when he was only 3 years old. He fought bravely, as all kids do. He took his last breath on July 27, 2017 surrounded by his family, just two short years after his diagnosis. 

He would be 11 years old today. He is missed dearly every single day.
